Welcome to GoodsWay, a platform operated by RM Steels. By accessing or using GoodsWay’s mobile application, website, and related services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your rights and responsibilities in using GoodsWay’s services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GoodsWay, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use GoodsWay.

2. Definitions

• “GoodsWay” refers to the GoodsWay mobile application, website, and all services provided by RM Steels.
• “User” or “You” means any person or entity who registers on the GoodsWay platform as a driver, fleet owner, or transporter.
• “Platform” refers to the GoodsWay app, website, and associated online services.

3. Eligibility

GoodsWay services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If using on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are authorized to bind the company to these terms.

4. Registration and Account Responsibilities

1. Account Creation: Users must create an account using a valid mobile number and OTP verification. Each user agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify GoodsWay immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Multiple User Roles: Depending on your profile, you may use GoodsWay as a driver, fleet owner, or transporter. You agree to abide by the role-specific guidelines set forth in these terms.
4. Accurate Information: Users must ensure all information provided on the platform is accurate and up-to-date. GoodsWay is not liable for any issues resulting from incorrect information.

5. Services and User Roles

GoodsWay provides a digital platform to connect drivers, fleet owners, and transporters. The services and functionalities differ based on user roles:

A. Driver Role

• Log in as an employer’s driver or search for available driving jobs.
• View trip assignments, load details, and interact with employers or transporters within the app.

B. Fleet Owner Role

• Add, manage, and update their vehicle listings.
• Book trips, track vehicle locations, and interact with drivers and transporters.
• View available loads for booking and review trip history.

C. Transporter/Public Role

• Place load requests, view vehicle availability, and book transportation services.
• Interact with fleet owners and drivers for coordination of services.

6. Usage Rules and Restrictions

Users agree to use GoodsWay responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By using GoodsWay, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Post or upload inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform’s security, integrity, or availability.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform without authorization.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of GoodsWay or any other user.

7. Payment Terms

1. Service Fees: GoodsWay may charge fees for certain services, such as premium features or booking fees. You agree to pay any applicable fees according to the payment terms specified at the time of the transaction.
2. Third-Party Payments: Any payments facilitated by third-party processors are governed by the terms of those processors, and GoodsWay is not liable for issues arising from third-party transactions.
3. Refund Policy: GoodsWay may have a refund policy based on specific service terms. Please review each service’s terms for refund eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: GoodsWay, including the platform’s logo, name, design, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by RM Steels and protected under intellectual property laws.
2. User Content: Users retain ownership of any content they post on the platform but grant GoodsWay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as part of the service.
3. Trademarks: You may not use any GoodsWay trademarks or branding without prior written consent from RM Steels.

9. Limitation of Liability

• GoodsWay is provided “as-is” without warranties, either express or implied.
• GoodsWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• GoodsWay is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
