1.1. The GoodsWay “Share, Subscribe & Win” offer is open to residents of India who are 18 years or older at the time of participation.
1.2. Participants must successfully complete all participation steps to qualify for the offer.
1.3. Individuals employed by GoodsWay, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or associated entities, as well as their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses), are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Participants must have a valid phone number and email ID linked to their GoodsWay app registration.
2.1. The offer is valid from 1st January 2024 (12:00 AM) to 30th June 2024 (11:59 PM).
2.2. Only entries submitted within this time frame will be considered valid.
2.3. GoodsWay reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period at its sole discretion, with prior notice communicated via official channels.
3.1. To participate, entrants must:
• Download the GoodsWay app from an official app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• Subscribe to GoodsWay’s official social media channels on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Share the GoodsWay app with friends, family, or professional contacts using the app’s referral or share feature.
3.2. Participants must ensure that their subscription to GoodsWay’s social media channels remains active during the campaign period and until the winners are announced.
3.3. Sharing Incentive:
• Sharing the GoodsWay app with a greater number of people increases the chances of winning, as each valid share/referral will be counted as an entry into the draw.
• Shares and referrals will be tracked within the app to ensure fair participation.
3.4. Participants may only use legitimate and ethical methods to share the app. Any use of spam, bots, or automated tools for sharing will result in immediate disqualification.
4.1. The winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted by GoodsWay’s team after the campaign ends.
4.2. Each eligible participant will receive an entry for the draw based on their completed participation steps.
4.3. The lucky draw will be conducted within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
4.4. Prize Distribution:
• The prize will be delivered in the form of a voucher or fuel card, redeemable for petrol or diesel at selected fuel stations.
• Participants may opt to exchange the prize for its cash equivalent, up to INR 40,000, at their discretion.
6.1. The winner will receive a full tank of petrol or diesel, up to a maximum quantity of 400 litres or a value of INR 40,000, whichever is lower.
6.2. The prize is non-transferable but can be exchanged for its cash equivalent of up to INR 40,000 if the winner so chooses.
6.3. Prizes are awarded “as is,” and no requests for substitutions (other than the cash equivalent) will be entertained.
7.1. GoodsWay reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
• Provide inaccurate, incomplete, or false information during registration.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including the use of bots, fake accounts, or spamming techniques.
• Violate the terms and conditions of this campaign or any of GoodsWay’s app usage policies.
7.2. GoodsWay may, at its discretion, disqualify any participant whose conduct is deemed harmful to the spirit of the campaign or the GoodsWay brand.
8.1. GoodsWay is not responsible for:
• Technical errors or interruptions in app downloads, subscriptions, or share tracking.
• Delays, losses, or damages in communication due to network issues or participant error.
• Any personal injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the prize.
8.2. GoodsWay shall not be liable for any taxes, fees, or additional costs incurred by the winner in the use or redemption of the prize.
GoodsWay retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
9.1. By participating in the campaign, entrants consent to GoodsWay using their personal information for campaign-related purposes, including contacting winners and promotional activities.
9.2. GoodsWay will not sell, rent, or share participant information with third parties, except as required to fulfill campaign obligations.
9.3. All personal data will be handled in accordance with GoodsWay’s Privacy Policy available on the app.
10.1. GoodsWay reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion, for any reason.
• Amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to participants.
10.2. GoodsWay’s decisions regarding the campaign and these terms are final and binding on all participants.
11.1. This campaign is governed by the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to the campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
12.1. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined here.
12.2. GoodsWay reserves the right to reject any claims of non-compliance with these terms.
